Dear Surf Club Owners,
I have been in my current role as your Resort Director for a while now. During this time, I have had the opportunity to meet many of our Owners in person and can truly say it is a joy to be a part of the Surf Club team.
I am pleased to inform you we have recovered well after Hurricane Irma and most of the repairs are complete. The roof and landscaping, which were the most heavily damaged aspect of the property, are our areas of focus right now. Work on roof repair has begun and the landscaping work is expected to be next.
We have already started working on several projects for 2018. We installed new electronic locks on all unit doors and completed the much-anticipated Internet networking system upgrade. Now, each room has its own router with dedicated Wi-Fi signal and password. We are in the process of replacing the pool and patio furniture and, following Board approval, we expect to redo the boardwalk and renovate the guest bathrooms in each unit.
